We are an Italian company, born in 2009 from the intuition of two Winemakers, that offers adjuvants, additives and biotechnology for food and wine.

The choice of oenological adjuvants and additives to be applied to the winemaking processes strongly characterizes the final technological result and the organoleptic profile of the wine.

Inside Alea Evolution we have developed a wide range of solutions and proposals, continuously updated, which allows to manage all the winemaking processes in an optimal way, considering the characteristics of the grapes and the oenological objectives to be achieved.

We have carried out an accurate research of the Biotechnologies we produce and offer. ENZYMES, YEASTS and BACTERIA selected according to Customer’s needs, in order to offer the best possible qualitative results.
